I moved to St Augustine Beach in 2002 and I became a realtor in 2004. Like many of my customers I did not know by way around very well here. Didn't take long once becoming a realtor to become familiar with all the roads, subdivisions, new construction, and the market here.

In my 20 years practicing real estate, the market and technology requirements for a realtor have changed over and over. It's been exciting not to be doing the same old thing. For example, I was a director of our St Augustine/Saint Johns MLS for 4 years. St Augustine and the county has changed a lot in my 20 years and the population grown dramatically.

It's a great place to live with the historic Downtown, an incredibly beautiful beach, lots of great restaurants, and so many activities and events here. St Augustine is a tourist destination and it is wonderful to be living here where many tourists save for a year just to spend a week here.
